The DRC team is organizing an event due to take place on Saturday, 10th December 2022. Details of the event are available below, in English and French. The flyer is at the bottom of the page.

This workshop on the validation of the policy document created by the DRC research team will be held on Saturday, 10th December 2022 in the IPCM’s new building at Université Catholique of Congo (UCC), Mongafula Campus, Kinshasa.

This workshop will bring together a dozen actors who participated in the development of this policy document. These are, amongst others, representatives of the Ministry of Human Rights, representatives of the PGAI (Plateforme de la Gestion de l’Aide et des Investissements) of the Ministry of Planning, representatives of the UNPD and of MONUSCO, as well as members of civil society – notably of the Carter Center and Action Aid. The idea behind the workshop is to achieve a finalized document that all the actors approve of.
