Dr Johanna del Pilar Cortés-Nieto and Dr Rafael Tamayo-Àlvarez, Principal Professors at the University of Rosario (Colombia), will contribute to the Endless Conflicts project objectives in Colombia. Johanna’s work focuses on law, poverty, security and development, from a constitutional law perspective. Rafael’s research is on international economic law and how foreign investment in Colombia relates to broader trends in international political economy. Johanna and Rafael will do research on development-humanitarian assistance that was granted to Colombia for the implementation of the 2016 Peace Agreement.
